Help with the app
Tell us your device model, the app version (at the bottom of Settings in the app) and what you have tried. A photo of the screen helps. Never send us your playlist password.
Your account and payments
Sign in at app.zirotv.com to see your plan, your screens and your payments, to cancel, to remove a screen or to delete your account. For anything else about your account, email support@zirotv.com.
Privacy and complaints
Questions about your data go to info@bitvire.com. For a complaint, email support@zirotv.com; our terms explain how we handle it.
