What every plan includes.
The plans differ only in how often you pay, and each has every feature, with watch together and playlist sharing included. A plan unlocks the player: your channels, films and guide come from the provider you already use.

How paying works.
Create an account.
At app.zirotv.com, or in the app under Settings, with your email address and a password.
Choose a plan and pay.
Mollie takes the payment on its own secure page, and shows you the payment methods you can use there.
Unlock your devices.
Sign in on each device, or scan the code your TV shows. It unlocks as soon as the payment goes through.
Cancel any time.
Cancel a monthly or yearly plan in your account at app.zirotv.com. It keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and does not renew.
A yearly plan is a fixed year, paid up front. Before it ends, you choose another year or let it continue as the monthly plan, which you can cancel any month. We email you a reminder first.
A lifetime plan is paid once and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Lifetime means for as long as ZiroTV is offered, and at least 5 years from your purchase. If ZiroTV stops within those 5 years, we refund the unused part.
You have 14 days to withdraw, from a lifetime plan too, and if your plan has already started you pay only for the days up to then. So try everything in the 7-day trial first, and pay after. The refund policy has the details.
Billing questions.
Do watch together and sharing cost extra?
No. Watch together, friends and playlist sharing are part of every plan, like every other feature. Each friend needs ZiroTV on their own screen, and a ZiroTV account too. Is there a free version?
There is a free trial instead: 7 days with every feature on each device, with no card and no account. After that, a plan keeps ZiroTV running.
Can I pay inside the app?
No. You pay at app.zirotv.com, through Mollie’s checkout. When your trial ends, the TV shows a code: scan it with your phone, choose a plan and pay there. The TV unlocks as soon as the payment goes through.
Is paying safe?
Yes. Mollie, a Dutch payment provider, takes the payment on its own secure page, so we never see your card or bank details. The terms of service set out what you agree to when you pay.
What happens when a plan ends?
A monthly or yearly plan you cancelled runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, ZiroTV asks you to choose a plan again. Your playlists and settings stay on each device, so everything is back as soon as you pay.
