On a Philips with Google TV or Android TV, yes, the same way as on any other Google TV: install ZiroTV on Android TV. On a Philips with Titan OS, not yet.
Does my Philips TV run Titan OS or Google TV?
Look at the home screen. A Philips with Google TV or Android TV has the Google Play Store. A Philips whose home screen says Titan OS, with no Google Play Store, runs Titan OS.
Will my ZiroTV account work on a Philips TV?
Yes. Sign in with the account you use on your other screens, and your playlists are there. Every plan covers two devices, and every device you sign in on will count as one of them.
Will the Titan OS app come with channels?
No. ZiroTV is a player: it plays the Xtream Codes login or M3U link you get from your own provider, and we sell no channels.
What happens to the address I leave for ZiroTV for Philips TV?
